Clinch Rifles minutes [microform], 1851-1861.

The collection consists of minutes of the Clinch Rifles (Augusta, Ga.) from 1851-1861. The minutes document election of officers, committee findings, discipline of members, resolutions, and other activities. In 1861, the minutes discuss the Rifles' involvement in escorting various units preparing to leave for battle, list of people who made donations for use of the Rifles, a partial list of members, and an incomplete history of the Unit's activities during the Civil War.
